LE BOBARD QUOTIDIEN

Faire l’historique et l’analyse des false flag operations montées par Washington exigerait un épais ouvrage; de l’explosion du USS Maine en 1898 à la prétendue attaque chimique du 7 avril 2018. La plus vaste demeura virtuelle: ce fut l’opération Northwoods dont le projet fut présenté au président Kennedy qui s’y opposa formellement. Il demeure que l’idée germa dans certains cerveaux, à Washington et à Langley, de lancer à travers les Etats-Unis une attaque terroriste de grande envergure qui aurait causé la mort de centaines de citoyens et militaires américains, attribuée au régime castriste afin de justifier la guerre contre Cuba. Les mensonges de Washington se succèdent, éhontés, volumineux et surtout dévastateurs. En 1990, une infirmière koweitienne relata comment les soldats irakiens avaient massacrés les enfants de sa crèche: on sut bientôt que l’infirmière en question était la fille de l’ambassadeur du Koweit à Washington. Treize ans plus tard, nouvelle agression contre l’Irak qui fabriquait des armes de destruction massive qui n’ont jamais existé. Les accusations calomnieuses répétées contre Bachar el-Assad d’attaques chimiques contre son propre peuple s’inscrivent dans cette pratique et ne devraient susciter dans le monde que haussements d’épaules. Il se trouve que le bambin, présenté par les media occidentaux comme une des victimes de l’attaque chimique du Barbe Bleue de Damas, s’appelle Hassan Diab: pour s’être gentiment laissé arroser devant les cameras sous prétexte de le ‘laver’ de résidus chimiques, on lui offrit des biscuits. Quant au personnel de l’hôpital de Douma, lieu du montage, il n’a jamais vu d’attaque chimique. Tout ceci fut l’oeuvre des ‘Casques Blancs’, une ONG depuis longtemps suspecte, dont on sait aujourd’hui qu’elle est une extensión des groupes terroristes et des services secrets occidentaux en Syrie… distinction illusoire s’il en est. Il est ‘frappant’ que simultanément on assistait avec l’affaire Skripal à une autre false flag op’ à facteur chimique. On ne sait plus où, à Londres ou à Washington, se trouve le maître ou l’élève.

Il demeure que l’avalanche de ‘missiles intelligents’ promise et ordonnée par Donald Trump a démontré l’infériorité technologique des Etats-Unis face à la Russie, vérifiant notre communiqué n°2.  Certains analystes ont reconnu que ces frappes, la plupart dans le vide, dont la seule cible détruite fut un centre de recherche contre le cancer; ont été contre-productives dans le cadre du processus de paix. Certes! Mais depuis leur naissance, les Etats-Unis n’ont pu vivre et croitre que par la guerre, surtout celle provoquée entre des pays tiers et lointains. Aujourd’hui plus que jamais ceci se vérifie dans les faits, alors que, avons-nous dit, Washington se trouve simultanément dans la situation de Tokyo en 1941 et de Moscou en 1989. Le Japon, coupable d’avoir alors proposé des solutions ‘zen’ aux conflits internationaux, notamment le Plan Fugu à la question juive en Europe, fut forcé à la guerre, châtié à Hiroshima pour ‘s’être mêlé de ce qui ne le regardait pas’. Quant au Pacte de Varsovie, ayant avec zèle joué son rôle d’épouvantail oriental et de justification de l’OTAN dans sa forme première, il se désagrégea en quelques mois. C’est là l’alternative qui s’offre à Donald Trump: la guerre, vraisemblablement perdue, ou la disparition de l’OTAN dans sa forme seconde et la déchéance des Etats-Unis. Sans doute réalise-t-il aujourd’hui que chaque jour qui passe rend sa défaite plus certaine, estimant par contre que si l’evil axis new look est supérieur qualitativement, l’écart ne cessant de s’agrandir, les Etats-Unis jouissent encore d’un avantage quantitatif constitué au cours des trois quarts de siècle qui ont suivi Pearl-Harbor, jetant sur le tapis vert ses quelque 9.000 chars de combat et sa vingtaine de porte-avions et hélicoptères. Les 71 missiles abattus sur les 103 lancés, les deux surtout, de type JASSM-ER, qui ont pu être récupérés intacts et analysés par les Russes, attestent de cette infériorité qualitative américaine.  Souvenons-nous qu’il y a quatre ans, les Iraniens avaient forcé à se poser entre leurs mains un drone US d’ultime génération, en une opération très didactique!

Cette agression intervint au moment où l’armée syrienne s’apprêtait à l’assaut final contre les groupes terroristes qui jusqu’ici formaient le fer de lance de la stratégie occidentalo-sioniste contre Bachar el-Assad. On peut donc estimer que d’une part elle constitue l’aveu de l’échec de cette stratégie, qu’elle a d’autre part servi à la rescousse de ces terroristes… de ces mêmes terroristes qui sont officiellement, aux dires des gouvernements occidentaux et des media à leurs ordres, responsables des attentats commis dans leurs pays. Il y a donc là une contradiction extrêmement inquiétante, engendrant une question à laquelle nous avons, quant à nous, depuis longtemps trouvé la réponse: ISIS, Daesh, AQMI, Boko Haram, Al Nosra et tutti quanti sont-ils les protégés parce que les employés des gouvernements occidentaux? Une réponse convergeant avec l’accusation de Recep Tayyip Erdogan contre le gouvernement français d’appuyer les terroristes.

Le 20 avril l’agence SANA exposait les photos d’un imposant matériel de guerre, incluant des chars de combat, que les terroristes de l’Est de Qalamoun ont déposé lors de leur reddition. Parmi cet arsenal, des missiles de fabrication américaine et israélienne. Cette reddition fait suite à l’agression occidentale, confirmant son échec et l’admission par les gens d’ISIS/Daech qu’ils n’ont plus rien à espérer de leurs sponsors. C’est peut-être dans ce sens qu’il faut considérer les tirs d’armes automatiques qui ont eu lieu à proximité du palais royal de Ryadh presque simultanément. Une tentative de coup d’état? Par des gens conscients que l’alliance Ryadh-Washington entraîne le royaume vers la faillite?

La déstabilisation terroriste qui ensanglante et dévaste l’Afrique occidentale est fructueuse dans le cadre de la stratégie US que nous nommons du ‘pompier-pyromane’: mettre le feu au château, y revenir comme pompier pour s’y emparer de l’argenterie ou, carrément, des lieux. Elle s’inscrit en outre dans le projet de marécage stratégique de la côte atlantique de l’Eurafrique, dans le cadre de la stratégie des deux axes perpendiculaires déjà exposée; dans, enfin, les tâches de l’Africom, organisateur de l'exercice annuel Flintlock. Depuis Agadez au Niger, il a, entre les 9 et 20 avril, regroupé quelque 1 900 militaires de 20 pays africains et de l’OTAN, ainsi que des civils dans le cadre du programme Antiterrorism Assistance (ATA). La stratégie du ‘pompier-pyromane’ implique ici la distinction entre ennemi déclaré – les terroristes - et ennemi réel, ce dernier étant, selon la définition clausewitzienne, celui auquel on veut imposer sa volonté, c’est à dire les vassaux africains et européens de Washington.

Selon Forecast International, quelque 80 navires et bâtiments pour opérations amphibies seront mis à flot d’ici 2026, dont 9 porte-avions ainsi répartis : deux par la Chine, le Royaume-Uni, l’Inde et les Etats-Unis, un par le Japon. Ceci portera à trois les porte-avions chinois, la Chine affirmant sa volonté navale par d’importantes manoeuvres qui débutèrent le 18 avril à 175 km de Taïwan et à 60 km de Kinmen, île appartenant à Taïwan. Le directeur du Bureau de la Sécurité Nationale, Peng Sheng Zhou, a rappelé que cette manœuvre avait lieu de façon régulière, dénonçant la guerre psychologique qu’elle a suscité dans les media occidentaux la présentant comme une menace; ceci alors que Taïwan envisage l’achat aux États-Unis d’armements modernes pour 1,3 milliard USD.  Par ailleurs l'amiral Philip Davidson, conseiller naval à la Présidence US, a soumis à la Commission Défense du Sénat un document écrit d’un ton très pessimiste quant à l’issue d’un conflit avec la Chine, faisant état de la médiocrité du renseignement et du dispositif tactique des Etats-Unis en Asie. Simultanément, une frégate turque et plusieurs unités navales et aériennes pakistanaises ont mené l’exercice conjoint ‘Epée tirée de l’Islam’, qui s’est déroulé dans les meilleures conditions et a permis d’affermir la coopération militaire entre les deux pays.

Le transfert de groupes terroristes wahabites de la Syrie vers l’Asie centrale, le largage héliporté d’armes aux Talibans du nord de l’Afghanistan, mentionnés dans notre communiqué n°2, semblent avoir déjà porté des fruits: une cellule de Daesh téléguidée depuis la Syrie a été détruite le 17 avril par les forces de sécurité russes. Elle projetait des attentats terroristes dans la région de Rostov. Son chef s’est apparemment suicidé avec les explosifs qu’il transportait. Le même jour en Iran les Pasdarans mirent hors de combat un groupe terroriste venant du Pakistan dans l’intention d’attaquer le poste frontière iranien de Mirjaveh. Dans l’affrontement, trois hommes sont tombés de chaque côté. 80 kg d'explosifs, 580 kg de drogue, 17 bombes artisanales et un imposant arsenal ont été saisis.

Après la concentration massive de troupes à la frontière mexicaine, Donald Trump veut édifier un ‘barrage’ susceptible d’interdire à l’Iran l’accès à la Méditerranée. On voit mal, concrètement, à quoi ressemblera cet édifice, on se figure mieux ce que seront les réponses des gouvernements de la région, d’autant que Vladimir Poutine vient de décider l’envoi à Bachar el-Assad de missiles S-300. Considérant l’état dans lequel sept années de guerre ont laissé la Syrie, le Russe a déclaré qu’il s’agirait là d’un cadeau au peuple syrien.  

Comme le Kurdistan, le Baloutchistan est une région d’Asie partagée entre plusieurs pays: Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan. Avec pour capitale Quetta, le Baloutchistan pakistanais est historiquement revendiqué par l’Afghanistan, ceci expliquant en partie l’implication d’Islamabad dans le conflit afghan; constitue en outre un important débouché maritime de la Chine par le port de Gwadar. Ce sont là des considérations stratégiques vraisemblablement présentes à l’esprit des maîtres en déstabilisation de Washington-Langley.

Considérations insuffisantes pour jeter dans l’oubli le drame aérien qui a, près de Boufarik, coûté la vie à 257 civils et militaires algériens. Nous assurons de notre solidarité le noble peuple algérien, ses dirigeants et ses soldats.

THE DAILY HOAX

The history and analysis of Washington’s false flag operations, from the explosion of the USS Maine in 1898 to the alleged chemical attack of April 7, 2018, would fill a thick book. The largest one remained virtual: it was the operation Northwoods whose project was presented to President Kennedy who formally opposed it. It remains that the idea sprang up in some brains, in Washington and Langley, to launch across the United States a large-scale terrorist campaign that would have caused the death of hundreds of American citizens and military, under false Cuban flag in order to justify a war against Cuba. Washington’s lies follow one another, shameless, voluminous and most of all devastating. In 1990, a Kuwaiti nurse reported how Iraqi soldiers had massacred the children in her nursery: she was soon identified as the daughter of Kuwait's ambassador to Washington. Thirteen years later, a new aggression took place against Iraq for producing weapons of mass destruction that never existed. The repeated slanderous accusations against Bashar al-Assad of chemical attacks against his own people are part of this practice and should arouse only shrugs worldwide. It turns out that the toddler, presented by the Western media as one of the victims of the chemical attack by the Blue Beard of Damascus, is called Hassan Diab: he was rewarded with biscuits for kindly allowing ‘nurses’ to water him in front of the cameras under the pretext of 'washing' off chemical residues. As for the staff of the hospital of Duma, where this parody took place, it has never seen anything like a chemical attack. All this was the work of the 'White Helmets', a long-suspected NGO, which we know today, is an extension of terrorist groups and Western secret services in Syria... an illusory distinction if any. It is 'striking' that with the Skripal affair we had simultaneously two false flag ops' with a chemical factor. We wonder where, in London or in Washington, is the master or the student.

It remains that the avalanche of 'intelligent missiles' promised and ordered by Donald Trump has demonstrated the technological inferiority of the United States against Russia, verifying our press release No. 2. Some analysts have recognized that these strikes, mostly failures, who hit nothing but a cancer research center; have been counterproductive for the peace process. No doubt! However, since their birth, the USA could live and grow only by war, especially those provoked between third and distant countries. This is today more true than ever, while, as we said, Washington is simultaneously in the situation of Tokyo in 1941 and Moscow in 1989. Japan, guilty of having then proposed 'zen' solutions to international conflicts, especially the Fugu Plan to the Jewish question in Europe, was forced to war, chastised at Hiroshima for 'not minding his own business'. As for the Warsaw Pact, having zealously played its role of an eastern scarecrow and justification of NATO in its original form, it disintegrated within a few months. This is the alternative available to Donald Trump: a presumably lost war or the disappearance of NATO in its second form and the decay of the United States. No doubt he realizes today that every day that passes makes his defeat more certain. No doubt however he also keeps in mind that if the ‘evil axis new look’ is qualitatively superior, the gap keeping growing; the U.S.A. still enjoys a quantitative advantage built during the three-quarters of a century that followed Pearl-Harbor, allowing him to throw on the green carpet his some 9,000 tanks and about 20 aircraft and helicopter carriers. The 71 missiles intercepted on the 103 launched, especially the two of type JASSM-ER which could be recovered and analyzed by the Russians, attest to this American qualitative inferiority. Remember that four years ago, the Iranians had forced a US drone of last generation to land in their hands, in a very didactic operation!

This aggression came at a time when the Syrian army was preparing for the final assault on the terrorist groups that until now formed the spearhead of Western-Zionist strategy against Bashar al-Assad. We can therefore consider that on the one hand it constitutes the admission of the failure of this strategy, that it has on the other hand served to the rescue of these terrorists ... the same terrorists who are, according to the Western governments and the media at their orders, officially responsible for the attacks committed in their countries. Therefore we face here a very disturbing contradiction, generating a question to which we have, for a long time, found the answer: are Western governments protecting because employing ISIS, Daesh, AQIM, Boko Haram, Al Nosra and tutti quanti? A response converging with Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s accusation against the French government of supporting the terrorists.

On April 20, the SANA agency was exhibiting photos of an impressive war material, including battle tanks, that the terrorists of eastern Qalamoun layed down upon their surrender. Among this arsenal, Israeli and US-made missiles. For following the Western aggression against Syria, this surrender also confirms its failure and the admission by ISIS / Daesh that they have nothing less to hope from their sponsors. It is perhaps in this sense that one must consider the shooting with automatic weapons that took place near the royal palace of Ryadh almost simultaneously. An attempted coup by people aware that the Ryadh-Washington alliance is driving the kingdom into collapse?

The bloody terrorist destabilization that is devastating West Africa, is indeed fruitful in the context of the US strategy that we describe as that of the 'pyromaniac firefighter': set fire to the castle, return as a firefighter to seize the silverware or, squarely, the castle itself. It is also part of the project of a strategic swamp on the Atlantic coast of Eurafrica, as part of the strategy of the two perpendicular axes already exposed. In this sense, the Africom is the organizer of the annual exercise Flintlock. In 2018, it took place between April 9 and 20. From its HQ in Agadez in Niger, it brought together some 1,900 servicemen from 20 African countries and NATO, as well as civilians under the Antiterrorism Assistance (ATA) program. The strategy of the 'pyromaniac firefighter' here implies the distinction between the declared enemy - the terrorists - and the real enemy, the latter being, according to the Clausewitzian definition, the one to whom one tries to impose his will, that is to say Washington’s African and European vassals.

According to Forecast International, some 80 ships and amphibious vessels will be commissioned by 2026, including 9 aircraft carriers distributed as follows: two by China, the United Kingdom, India and the United States, one by Japan. This will bring the Chinese carriers to three, with China declaring its naval ambition by major maneuvers that began on April 18, 175 km from Taiwan and 60 km from Kinmen, an island owned by Taiwan. The director of the National Security Bureau, Peng Sheng Zhu, recalled that this maneuver was taking place on a regular basis, denouncing the psychological war that has aroused in the Western media tending to present it as a threat; this while Taiwan is considering the purchase in the US of modern weapons for 1.3 billion USD. In addition, Admiral Philip Davidson, Naval Adviser to the Presidency, submitted to the Senate Defense Committee a document written in a very pessimistic tone about the outcome of a conflict with China, noting the mediocrity of the intelligence and tactical deployment of the United States in Asia. At the same time, a Turkish frigate and several Pakistani naval and air units conducted the joint "Drawn Sword of Islam" exercise, which was conducted in the best conditions and helped to strengthen military cooperation between the two countries.

The transfer of Wahhabi terrorist groups from Syria to Central Asia, the dropping of arms to the Taliban by helicopter in northern Afghanistan, mentioned in our Communiqué No. 2, seem to have already borne fruit: a Daesh cell lead from Syria was destroyed on April 17 by Russian security forces. It was planning terrorist attacks in the Rostov region. His leader apparently committed suicide with the explosives he was carrying. Same thing, same day in Iran where the Pasdarans put out of action a terrorist group coming from Pakistan with the intention to attack the Iranian border post of Mirjaveh. In the clash, three men fell on each side. 80 kg of explosives, 580kg of drugs, 17 homemade bombs and an imposing arsenal were seized.

Having massed thousands of troops on the Mexican border, Donald Trump wants now to build a 'dam' in order to prohibit Iran access to the Mediterranean. It is hard to imagine what this building will look like, easy to forecast what the responses of the governments of the region will be, especially since Vladimir Putin decided to send S-300 missiles to Bashar al-Assad. Considering the state in which seven years of war left Syria, the Russian said that this would be a gift to the Syrian people.

Baluchistan is, like Kurdistan, a region of Asia shared by several countries, in this case by Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan. With Quetta as its capital, Pakistan's Balochistan is historically claimed by Afghanistan, partly explaining Islamabad's involvement in the Afghan conflict; it is also an important maritime outlet for China through the port of Gwadar. These are strategic considerations likely to be present in the minds of Washington-Langley's destabilizing masters.

These considerations however do not suffice to throw in oblivion the aerial drama which, near Boufarik, cost the lives of 257 Algerian civilians and military. We assure our solidarity the noble Algerian people, its leaders and its soldiers.
